What is Amazon Pay?
With Amazon Pay, you can use your payment and address data stored at Amazon to conveniently shop with us in the shop. Of course, an Amazon account is required.
How does Amazon Pay work?
We offer you an interface in the shopping cart where you can log in with your Amazon data. Once this is done, you can complete your purchase using the information stored in your Amazon account (delivery address, billing address, payment method) without having to enter it separately.
What advantages do I have?
If you already have an Amazon account, all you need is this to login to complete your purchase with us. You don't have to remember or select any other login information, you don't have to create an extra account and you don't have to provide us with your address or bank details. In addition, Amazon buyer protection applies to you.
I placed an order via Amazon Pay. How can I track it?
We will send you an order confirmation with all important information as well as a shipping confirmation including tracking number as soon as we have shipped your order. If you have a customer account with us in the shop, you will not find any orders that you have paid with Amazon Pay, because we treat these orders as guest orders and therefore do not save or link to an account. If you have any questions about your order, please contact our customer service.
How long do I have to wait for my order to be shipped?
As soon as your purchase has been confirmed, we will receive a confirmation from Amazon within a few minutes as to whether your payment has been accepted. Your order will then be shipped the same day if all items are available from stock and you ordered before 15:00, otherwise it will be shipped the next working day if no other delivery date is specified in your order.
Can I use vouchers via Amazon Pay and do I get bonus points?
Even if you use Amazon Pay, you can still redeem a voucher in your shopping cart. Bonus points cannot be credited because Amazon Pay orders treat like guest orders and therefore do not save or link to an account.
When will my account or credit card be charged?
This only happens when your order leaves our warehouse.
How do I get my money back if I cancel or return my order?
In case of a cancellation, the payment will not be executed, so your account or credit card will not be charged. In case of a return you will get your money back within one working day after receipt of the goods in the same way as you have paid.
What happens if the payment is rejected or has failed?
In this case we will inform you as soon as possible and you can change to another payment method.
